MOTION IS LOTION YOGA
Next to my love for baking, past years I did become passionate for yoga,
I love to share my joy for yoga with you too to bring more balance, health and joy to your daily life.

My yoga classes are based on breath and activated asanas. The activation of the fascial lines makes body work as one piece and we move/strengthen all body. We do experience pranayama (breath exercises) and meditation in the end of the class.
It is about how to get strong, healthy older in our own body meanwhile we do learn how our body moves. With aging we do lose muscle mass. It is a natural process but can be reversed. We notice these changes mostly around age 35. “I was more flexible than this! “ did you hear your self saying it? İt is not the flexibility we lose but muscle strength! I have been there so I know from my own experience.
You learn and notice about your poor/bad movement habits and with time bring with skillful movements that we do learn a new good movement habits into your life. That will be the game changing.
We do not focus how to make handstand but if it is your target by the time you will get there without noticing. All you need stick to the plan that you will learn from me and discipline with your practices.
My classes in Haarlem North at the moment are :
This one hour is your “Me Time”. A time to give yourself a break from all weeks run run rhythm and sit/move/be together with your own breath.
