I love to share my experience of yoga with you too to bring more balance, health and joy to your daily life.

My yoga classes are based on breath and activated asanas. The activation of the fascial lines makes body work as one piece and we move/strengthen all body. We do experience pranayama (breath exercises) and meditation in the end of the class.
It is about how to get strong, healthy older in our own body meanwhile we do learn how our body moves. With aging we do lose muscle mass. It is a natural process but does not have to be normal so we can reverse this. We notice these changes mostly around age 35. “I was more flexible than this! “ did you hear your self saying it? It is not the flexibility we lose but muscle strength! I have been there so I know from my own experience what you feel and might going true.
What to expect? At first you will learn to notice your breath and learn about your poor/bad movement habits. With time you will with skillful movements that we do practic, bring a new good movement habits into your life. That will be the game changer!
We do not focus how to make handstand but if it is your target by the time you can get there. Why not? All you need stick to the plan that you will learn from me and discipline with your practices.

This one hour is your “Me Time”. A time to give yourself a break from all week's run run rhythm and sit/move/be together with your own breath.

- Saturday mornings at 9:15 Activated Asana yoga in English (60mnts)
- Saturday mornings at 10:30 Activated Asana yoga in Turkish (60mnts)
- Soon coming: 40 minutes Pranayama (breath practices) - Meditation class in English (from age 16)
